Responsible for underwriting convention mortgage loans within lender specifications thru FNMA / FHMLC guidelines utilizing AUS applications and manual underwriting. Analyze applicant's income, credit, assets to determine credit worthiness.Directly reported salability issues and material findings to management and investors.
