Leading a nonprofit organisation with a team of 30+ long-term workers (plus 200 short-term volunteers per year) working in Germany, Greece, Cyprus and Romania/Ukraine towards the vision of seeing “displaced people attaining life in all its fullness” (John 10:10b).

Co-leading the largest network of European churches, ministries and Christian nonprofit organisations working with refugees and asylum seekers, which brings together over 500 leaders to our annual conferences (RHP Roundtable).

Leading the revitalisation and vision re-setting process of the church, as well as offering leadership and oversight in all aspects of the church life (spiritual and organisational).

Serving for a term as Vice President within the Executive Leadership Team and, in addition, offering support, advice, network opportunities to churches working with refugees.

Offering pastoral care to church members, providing direction on the church activities, advising the leadership board during the interregnum and consulting in their pastor search process.

Overseeing the Training & Discipleship Program, the Youth Ministry, the Young Adults Ministry, the Music Team and the Mission & Outreach Program.

Developing the local community youth programme, cooking and serving at the community's cafe, teaching in the local churches, giving music lessons, leading outreach activities, etc.

Offering training and supporting various projects at Benfica and Manguanine Christian communities in Maputo, e.g.: HIV prevention, music workshops, construction, bible training, etc.

Leading a small team of tutors offering private tuition, homework support and exams preparation for children in primary and secondary schools.

Teaching Portuguese and English, providing homework tuition, and offering exams preparation for Korean students in Brazil.

Providing administrative support to the Squadron Commander of the Air Base in Santos.
