Tech Lead, Professional Services - Retail
CurrentEffective as of July 2021 after the recognition of my dedicated efforts towards the organization and enhancing my skills, I got promoted to the role of Tech Lead. Still focused to assist the premium level clients of the Lightspeed Retail and Lightspeed eCom platforms. This role puts me in direct contact with the stakeholders involved in the organization I assist in adopting our solution.The pillars of this role is to:• Ensure merchants are ready to be operational with our suite of software• Act as a escalation agent for the Support team of the Professional ServicesMy role also includes, but not limited to:• Hardware/Software troubleshooting• Advising VIP/Strategic/Enterprise level clients on the development and support of their POS or eCom solutions• Working in the Twig, HTML, CSS and JavaScript languages• Participate in special task forces to hone our offer• Tailor personalized solutions• Delegate tasks within and outside my department• Introduce third parties to work in communion with our solutions• Act as a Senior level agent as an internal support to any department requiring knowledge or solutions• Produce a scaling plan for my branch of the department
