Project Originator for the Asean Green Catalytic Financing Facility (ACGF), a Green Window under the Asean Infrastructure Fund (AIF), managed by ADB and participated by ASEAN Country Members.Specific tasks include:• Developing an origination (project pipeline) strategy together with ADB staff and working with the ACGF team in implementation of this strategy;• Identifying and helping develop project opportunities or project concepts by engagement with various stakeholders both within and external to ADB;• Engaging with development partners, including other international finance institutions, as well as green and climate-oriented funds and project developers, and philanthropic institutions to help identify projects opportunities;• Organizing and leading consultations with relevant governments and key stakeholders in countries to identify and develop a pipeline of green projects;• Coordinating with ADB country and sector teams, in coordination with ADB SERC/SEOF staff on the potential inclusion of projects in the ADB sovereign pipeline;• Developing a concept for and organizing country and investor roadshows to market the AIF and ACGF funding in the ASEAN region;• Screening of potential green or climate mitigation or adaptation projects for potential sovereign support; • Coordinating the work of financial structuring experts to develop concepts tailored to project specific needs, or determine models that can help catalyze the bankability of projects and encourage private sector participation in projects; • Providing origination support to relevant ADB staff for pitching and pilots, including participating in ADB Missions; present preliminary concepts to selected government entities jointly with ADB teams; • Performing other tasks as may be assigned by the AIF Administrator or SERD Innovation Hub Unit head.

Responsible for:• Identification, analysis and development of business opportunities in Engineering and Construction projects for transport infrastructure and energy sectors.• Management of institutional relations with Ministries, Governmental Agencies and International Agencies; • Attendance to summits, conferences and seminars covering public and private infrastructure development, energy, trade and investment financing as well as business intelligence gatherings;• Identification of potential local partners and/or subcontractors;• Request of quotations for local portion and negotiation and coordination with local partners, subcontractors and/or suppliers;• Preparation and coordination of technical and commercial proposals and bids;• Negotiation of main contract and subcontracts; • Project Management: Deputy Project Manager responsible of commercial issues during implementation of the project as well as support on logistic activities.
