Headed the Purchasing and Materials Management department, with a team of 128 employees and 4 direct reports, managing an annual budget of BRL 1.6 billion, and an average stock of agricultural and industrial inputs, packaging, fuel, and spare parts valued at BRL 100 million;Restructured the area with the goal of becoming an industry benchmark in terms of efficiencies and best practices. Reduced spare parts and services costs by 8% after implementing the E-Procurement tool and saved BRL 18 million in the first stage of implementing strategic sourcing methodology in the categories of Agricultural Inputs, Fuel, and Heavy Equipment Rental;Renegotiated new payment terms with suppliers without increasing total costs, and implemented tools and processes to reduce stock levels; reduced working capital by BRL 95 million.
