My role involved the following card keys responsibilities: check-in and checkout. Greeting guests on arrival and arranging check in Communicate the Hostel offerings to guests and ensure a welcoming experience Answering the phone from customers and providing room availability Educate guests about Dublin City and providing day trips to guest (Up-selling opportunities) General administration duties

My duties was assist in the kitchen, cleaning and drying all dishes, pans and cutleries, keeping the kitchen clean although in the end of the day I used to clean whole kitchen.

- Development of Websites, hot-sites and landing pages using HTML, CSS, Jquery and PHP;- Landing pages optimization for search engines;- Service and support for customers, e-mail setup;- Development of direct mail, signature, logo-types and business cards in Illustrator and Corel Draw;- Treatment of photos and inclusion of products in php Product catalogs.

Development and editing websites (in HTML, CSS, JQuery and PHP) for accounting and law firms where I used some softwares as Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Corel Draw. I helped to implement HTML/CSS website model to be used by the developers.

- Developing websites, landing pages and hot-sites- Designing ads for web portals- After promotion to development department supervisor managed four / five co-workers
