I have been working for about 3 and a half years on customer experience in a variety of roles. My decision to work at customer service was because it allowed to balance my life as a student and a worker, the second reason was to sharpen my skills as a bilingual student and extrovert person. When I was 16 I had my first job at Teleperformance as a CSR. After turning 17 I continued with the same company for a while but unfortunately I decided to quit for personal reasons. It was not long until I got into university and found another job, this time I needed to pause my studies at my current school and decided to pay online courses while I completed my training, my experience at my new job allowed me to balance my life again, as a student and as a full time worker, I developed great skills and managed to get my first promotion and were offered a new and even better position after that, I decided to quit since remote opportunities were removed and found myself in a position where I needed to consider if I wanted to grow a job career or continue with my studies, I choose the latter one as it was my passion and my academic resource. I am excited to finish my studies and to keep learning, because for me acquiring knowledge is the worth of life and I will forever be grateful with my current job as it provides me the necessary tools to support my career.
