We were recognized as the company’s second most innovative project in 2017.I also contributed to the implementation of the first electronic wallet for the Falabella group (now Fpay) in the same countries.——Participé en el rediseño de la experiencia de compra en todos los canales (website, app, call center y kioskos) de Falabella.com en Chile, Perú, Colombia y Argentina, logrando aumentar la tasa de conversión, la participación móvil, la satisfacción y las ventas.
