As an Enterprise Agile Coach, my goal is to help organizations thrive in the agile era by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous adaptation. I work closely with teams and leaders, enabling them to adopt effective agile practices, exploring new models, methods and frameworks to achieve greater efficiency, quality and satisfaction in the areas. At Natura&Co, I was involved in the redesign of two of the three programs. One of them was focused on digital products and user experience, serving both consultants and end customers. The other program was focused on the development of physical products, from idealization to the tribes responsible for product development, in line with the CoEs of Research and Development, Operations and Logistics, in addition to these programs I worked with the Data Hub, which performs a transversal role in the organization regarding the use and maintenance of data. Some of the main cases include: .The new governance and structuring of the digital portfolio, mapping journeys and defining the best models to scale agility across the entire program. .In the Brand and Product area, I structured a capacity management model that provided better visibility of the teams and their demands, resulting in a significant improvement in performance and results. .Regarding the data hub, I implemented a new governance focused on orchestrating a model based on value streams, facilitating the internal development and validation of hypotheses, in addition to reducing costs and accelerating the hub's performance throughout the organization. In addition, I started the plan to create an agility academy and the structuring of an information channel in various media for studying and good practices related to agility. During these activities, I used tools like Jira, Kanbanize, Tableau and SharePoint. Overall, I am an advocate of the agile mindset and promoting continuous improvement throughout the organization.
