Security Operations Coordinator
Current- Manage organization, client, and vendor relationships as identified by the Director of Protective Operations.- Serve as the Primary Point of Contact to oversee Concentric's protective operations services, deployable domestically and internationally, for all assigned client portfolios and maintain relationships through business development.- Assess the security needs of client requests and advise appropriate solutions based on client preferences and the current security environment.- Receive direct client feedback to make enhancements to client portfolios and the overall protective operations program at Concentric.- Develop standard operating procedures specific to assigned clients' behaviors and preferences to exceed expectations of service delivery and ensure all assets are secured.- Cross-functionally work with an extensive vendor pool, both domestically and internationally, to sustain partnerships, engagement, and manage their assignments/scheduling.- Partner with Concentrics' Global Security Operations Center and remain available 24/7 to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, vendor pool, emergency response, crisis intervention/mitigation, and active-monitoring of tasks.- Responsible for reviewing in partnership with the Finance Team, all vendor/client invoices including all expenses related to assigned tasks.
