I am part of the subset of analysts with the most experience and technical skills within the L1 team of the Telefónica Tech project, acquiring new responsibilities and participating in the analysis of critical incidents.

I have joined the team with the highest technical and problem-solving skills of the N1 SOC group in the Telefónica Tech project.

The duties in this level are the following: - Analysis and notification of incidents in a number of SIEM and EDR technology correlators. - Management and monitoring of those incidents in ticketing tools. - Communication with clients and other cybersecurity teams, as well as telephone support for the service. The software involved in the development of the above-mentioned activities is: - SIEM: RSA, McAfee, Splunk, Sentinel, AlienVault, CheckPoint Harmony, ArcSight etc. - EDR: Falcon CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender ATP, Cytomic, Cortex XRD, etc. - Ticketing: BMC Remedy OnDemand and ServiceNow.

I create and adapt English teaching resources. I also support my clients in their learning process and teach students of all ages and competence levels.
