At TOTVS, I lead agile methodology implementation, such as Scrum and Kanban, boosting an efficient delivery of great projects. Besides, I work with goals and indicators driven (OKR | KPI), and also use tools as JIRA and Azure to ensure better agility and efficiency. I follow “Lean Inception”, and have been leading teams, mediating conflicts, taking decisions, and built a much more effective communication. At BEES, I have used many agile methodology, such as Scrum, XP, Kanban and Lean, to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery. My approach has always been goals and indicators driven, using OKRs and KPIs to boost the team’s performance and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Besides, I mastered Agile Projects Management tools, such as JIRA and Azure, guaranteeing transparency and cooperation in all project steps. As team leader at Lojas Riachuelo, I was responsible for problem analysis, using tools as JIRA and Azure DevOps. I implemented agile methodologies, including Kanban, SAFe and XP, and I conducted daily meetings, delivery planning, operational reviews, replenishment, risk revisions, service and strategic deliveries. Also, I have participated as project facilitator, ensuring metric fulfillment and established goals.

As Scrum Master, I supervised problem analysis using JIRA and Azure DevOps. I implemented agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and XP, and facilitated practices as Daily Scrum, Release Burndown, Sprint Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective and Sprint Review Meeting. At Capgemini, I worked in projects for State Treasury Secretary of Minas Gerais and the Court of Law. My duties included function point analysis, elementary processes and business executives reports, besides using Salesforce, Jira and many agile methodologies, in particularly Scrum Kanban, SAFe and XP. I lead agile practices such as Daily Scrum, Release Burndown, Sprint Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Review Meeting, while being a facilitator. Moreover, I managed problems, errors, settings, changings, incidents, requests and reports using the tool CA Service Desk.

At Ativas Data Center, I was responsible for dealing with crisis, openings and monitoring problems. I have prepared curriculum and executive business reviews, as well as formulating the SLAs Book for clients, reports for incident quality, availability and recurrence. I have managed incidents, problems and changing, ensuring the efficacy and accordance with the established quality standards.

Problem Coordinator at IBM (October 2006- May 2015)As a Problem Coordinator, my duties included: dealing with crisis, opening and monitoring problems, preparing executive business reviews, applying Agile Methodology, preparing the SLAs Book for clients, elaborating reports, implementing Lean IT Processes, managing Changing, Incidents, Assets, Risks, Best Practices, Backlog, quality and recurrences.

3rd level Support Coordinator na IBM (January 2009- December 2011)As a 3rd level Support Coordinator, I was responsible for managing SLAs, Backlog, quality, recurrences, incidents and crisis. I compiled detailed analysis, developed action plans, managed teams and coordinated managing problems.

3rd level Support Analyst - at IBM (October 2006 - December 2008)In my role as a 3rd level Support Analyst, I supported Windows servers NT/2000/2003, Citrix Metaframe Presentation Server, VMWare, and antivirus. I worked solving technical problems efficiently and ensuring the continuity of IT services.

As a Computer Supervisor, I was responsible for microcomputers and structured cables maintenance, network administration, Intranet and Internet, PABX telephony, CM system, team coordination, Voice over IP and backup routines. I ensured the efficient operation of IT systems, supplying technical support and supervising the team’s daily tasks.
