With over 10 years of experience in the events industry, I am a Partner and COO at Venue Brand Experience, a leading agency that creates immersive and memorable brand experiences for clients across the globe. In this role, I oversee the strategy, development, and execution of events that showcase the stories, values, and culture of our clients, such as Netflix, Google, CONMEBOL, Coca Cola & Nissan. I also manage the operations, and human resources of the agency, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. Before joining Venue Brand Experience as a Partner and COO, I worked as an Events Manager for Netflix in Latin America, where I planned and delivered high-impact events for their original content, such as premieres, screenings, press conferences, and festivals (+ the transformation of these events to digital plarforms in the pandemic). Previously, I also worked as an Account Director and Account Manager for Venue Brand Experience, where I led the account team and developed strategies and proposals for top clients.I have a strong background in communication and marketing, with skills in project management, team motivation, creative direction, and media production. I hold a degree in Comms and Media Studies from Universidad de 'San Andrés', and I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
