He is the founder, consultant and trainer of K21 and Nower, helping organizations achieve agility, innovation, and customer satisfaction through training, coaching, and consulting services. Rodrigo is also a certified scrum trainer, an accredited kanban trainer, a management 3.0 facilitator, and a PhD in computer graphics from INRIA in France. He has trained more than 10,000 professionals in product, agile, management, and leadership skills, in Brazil, USA, and Europe. He has led agile transformations and expansions in various sectors, such as government, finance, and startups. He has also organized and spoken at several national and international agile events, sharing his knowledge and insights with the community.
