I am the Institutional and Innovation Superintendent at CIEE - Center for Business-School Integration, the largest non-profit organization in Latin America when it comes to the inclusion of young people in the world of work. For over a year, I have been leading the digital and cultural transformation of CIEE, focusing on innovation, sustainability and governance. I am also an Employability Specialist at Rede Globo de Televisão, co-constructing and commenting live on career, job market and profession themes on the broadcaster's news programs and on G1.Furthermore, I am a Partner at Galena Edupass, the largest educational benefits platform in Brazil, founded in 2020. Previously, I was Co-Founder and Director of edtech, responsible for the management and exponential growth of the company. I have more than 25 years of experience in building projects related to the development of people, solid organizations and inspiring and credible brands. I am a specialist in Branding, Business and ESG, and I work as a Speaker, Mentor and Advisor for third sector organizations and startups.
