Control of monthly, quarterly and annual hard services budget according to KPIs established for the account.

Responsible for the operation of an 8-story building dedicated to an Entrepreneurship Program, looking after the day to day operation and managing the outsourced teams (Soft and Hard services) and being the main point of contact for Google teams responsible for other departments. Implementation of all the processes and procedures to support the mixed operation of the building which has public and private areas, including 2 auditoriums. Control of monthly, quarterly and annual budget according to KPIs established for the account. Delivery of weekly and monthly operation reports to the client.

Responsible for the operation of a 32-story building with Triple A classification and a LEED Platinum Certification, looking after the day to day operation to ensure the smooth running of the services provided in the building. Management of the outsourced soft and hard services teams with a total of 150 workers. Control of licenses and documents to achieve compliance to local laws and regulations. Periodical meetings with the landlord to present reports and with tenants to track the demands raised by each one of the 20 companies based in the building and to provide any specific support. Control of monthly, quarterly and annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets.

Deployment of the new standard of operational procedures in the commercial buildings managed by CBRE with subsequent audits in order to measure the efficiency of each one and to develop improvement plans. Support to the Regional Property Manager preparing technical reports, elaborating and updating benchmarks, OPEX budgets and starting RFP processes for CAPEX projects. Periodical visits to the buildings to provide any necessary support to the based teams.

Responsible for looking after the day to day incoming requests and for managing the overall support for all Latin America customers and the training for new users.

Responsible for the CCTV system retrofit project at Curitiba and Florianopolis airports. Management of the project through all phases: from initiation to completion/handover, keeping the scope, schedule, milestones and budget up to date to achieve compliance for EHS and client's SLA's / KPI's objectives. Planning and development of processes and status reports, working with key stakeholders with the objective to ensure the quality and results expected and on time handover.
