I was responsible for implementing and structuring engineering departments, delivering technological products and services, including industrial automation and control software (MES/MOM), production information management systems (PIMS) and integrated solutions from SCADA platforms to web interfaces and mobile applications on Android and iOS, including development with IIoT systems in AWS, Azure and GCP environments, in addition to developing products using frameworks and APIs integrated with artificial intelligence.I led teams of software and industrial solutions architects, analyzing critical information for strategic product decision-making, guiding architectural evolutions, and establishing a good work environment focused on developing hard and soft skills.I was responsible for conducting technical validation experiments (PoC) that help shape the product vision, managing a backlog with technical features to increase scalability, availability resilience and mainly reduce infrastructure costs and increase the impact on process optimization.I led the financial forecasts, structuring innovation plans, provisioning delivery pricing, including the execution of all technical projects for devices with software solutions for Industry 4.0, commercial automation, industrial robotics and the public sector, always acting with great flexibility within the corporate environment.I was responsible for structuring hiring processes for new team members, consultants and service providers, in addition to structuring squads.

I worked directly as a leader in the execution of digital transformation projects and in the implementation of technological services in large industries with a focus on the information technology of their processes, with emphasis on expansion and modernization projects in industrial research and development sectors, where I was responsible for lead development squads, perform financial projections, issue technical reports, conduct supplier contracting process, in addition to resolving conflicts ensuring consensus between members of internal and external teams, aiming at high quality of products delivered, the following institutions stand out: Eletronorte, Gerdau, JBS-Seara Group, BRF-Sadia Group, Brazilian Army, Ábaco TI, Bimetal, Maxvinil, Drebor, among others.I was responsible for leading specialists in national and international technological events, where I won several awards and honorable mentions in several technological areas (software development), including unprecedented gold medals for Brazil at WorldSkills, where I served as a Member of the Expert Technical Jury, National Technical Delegate and president of the Technical Assessment Commission, representing the State of Mato Grosso and Brazil at international events.My total professional experience at SENAI was from 2006 to 2014, a period in which I had the opportunity to sharpen my career in a holistic way based on deep technical knowledge of high technology and also attitudinal (soft skills and fundamentals of psychpedagogy), a unique characteristic that allows me to have excellent technical and personal articulation in the work routine with people of different profiles, favoring my full adaptation to the scenario of diversity and inclusion.During this period, I had the opportunity to participate in professional events in Germany (Leipzig, Berlin, Frankfurt and Blaufelden) and in Brazil in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, between others.

During this period, I had the opportunity to participate and assist in the training of more than 3 thousand people, working in the planning and execution of modernization and technological transformation projects in several operational units of SENAI and the Federation of Industries.One of my greatest professional satisfactions is having participated in the training of people, focusing on the preparation of true champions of life, as this is always my way of working, focusing on what must be done, highlighting and recognizing the importance of each member teams.

At the SENAI SP Unit in Bauru, I worked as a technical consultant with the main companies in the region, including Ambev (Agudos-SP), Embraer (Botucatu-SP) and Duratex (Agudos-SP), where I had the opportunity to develop innovative technological solutions through development of integrating projects with ERP’s (SAP-B1 and TOTVS Protheus).As a teacher I was responsible for teaching computer architecture classes, systems analysis, software development, data structure and science, algorithm analysis, database, project development, BareMetal and RToS microcontroller programming for ARM, PIC, AVR and 8051. During this period, I had the opportunity to train the first team of students from the operational unit to be a medalist in the Programming area at Wordskills São Paulo.As professional recognition for the work done, I was invited to implement the technological culture at SENAI-MT.

As leader and responsible for programming the robot, I was the winner of the national stages (state in 2005 and national in 2006), obtaining classification for the World stage in Japan, in the city of Shizuoka in 2007. During the preparation as a competitor there is a huge load of daily studies and advanced training. The competition is part of the Worldskills events chain, the preparation of Brazilian competitors lasts between 2 to 4 years until complete training and full evolution, during the competition the competitors work an average of 8 hours a day for a week, and at the end of of the period the works delivered are judged and evaluated by the best specialists in the world.
