I am a lawyer specializing in Data Protection, Intellectual Property, and Compliance, with experience providing DPO as a Service. I hold a law degree from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and am currently pursuing the Advanced Masters in Law and Digital Technologies at Leiden University, focusing on digital law, privacy, and data protection.My work includes helping companies comply with the Brazilian Data Protection Law (LGPD), providing legal consultancy on new technologies, compliance for fintechs, managing intellectual property, and handling international software development and licensing contracts. I have extensive experience drafting legal opinions and providing legal solutions to address the challenges posed by technological innovations.I am also a researcher at the Study Group on Copyright and Industrial Property (GEDAI/UFPR), with publications covering topics such as surveillance, privacy, data protection, and online content moderation.
