Following NEOGRID’s acquisition of XPLAN, Rodrigo started a franchise (20 employees) to distribute NEOGRID’s Solutions to Brazil’s south-eastern region. NEOGRID is also the main service contractor from GOLDRATT Consulting for distributing TOC practices in South America. Rodrigo had a very close work experience with Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt himself.

Rodrigo designed and developed a software solution for Supply Chain Planning, focused on demand, distribution and inventory management. Together with his partner Eduardo Steinberg, he started up a new company. XPLAN became, in a couple of years, well known as a high-quality solution for companies like: COCA-COLA, PEPSICO, RECKITT BENKISER, HAVAIANAS.

INTEGRATION is a process consulting company, focused on process design and implementation, on areas like supply chain, sales & marketing, finance and change management. With INTEGRATION, Rodrigo worked as eBusiness Manager, developing consulting practices and projects on companies like: WARNER-LAMBERT, SUZANO, BLUESTONE, BBDO and DANONE.

UNIONE (Former MIND IT) is an Information Services Provider, located in Sao Paulo – Brazil. Its primarily business is the implementation of ERP Systems, developed by companies like SAP, Oracle and Baan Company. With UNIONE, he worked on projects at NORTEL, USIMINAS, BRASKEM, B|BRAUN, JOHNSON&JOHNSON, ABB and BUNGUE. His last assignment was as the Knowledge.

NET Telecom is a Cable Television Operator. Rodrigo worked with the cable network planning and construction (developing an information system to manage that process). He also formed a Quality Administration Committee.

Worked as an ISO 9000 Implementation Program Coordinator at SENTER, an air conditioning manufacturer, in Sao Paulo – Brazil.
