I carefully reviewed the budget for the ice cream Brand Marketing Investment and business cases for new products identified opportunities for improvement. My own initiative and analysis led to a cost savings of 8 million MXN in the provisions account.

I completed a competitive summer internship program at GE, where I worked on a change management campaign to increase the report of Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ). The program was highly selective, and I was one of the few interns chosen for this opportunity.
