- Consulting, Network Management; - Deployment of mail servers (qmail, postfix), VPN servers, FTP, Proxy, DHCP, DNS (bind), Web (Apache + PHP + MySQL) and VOIP (FXS and FXO); - Deployment of Linux Firewalls, definition of security policies, reporting, auditing network security, maintenance and network administration Linux, Unix and Windows administration and management of infrastructure, LAN and WAN for all clients Snap IT .

- Help Desk, Customer Relationship; - Support level 3 for Internet connectivity to users and companies; - Classes and settings to users in many different operating systems, like Linux, Mac and Windows(Windows NT/2000 and win 9.x).
