• Reporting to the CFO, and responsible for a team of 9 direct and indirect employees;• Coordination of all Accounts Payable, Treasury, Budget and Closing processes;• Accounting closing in BR GAAP and US GAAP of the operational entity, as well as a review of the calculation of direct taxes;• Management and review of the financial statements of participation funds and Holdings, meeting the internal deadlines and CVM, audit, acquisitions and incorporations, and review of the allocation price application report - PPA;• Valuation reports review;• Management of the office, contracts, and relationship with suppliers; Relevant Projects• Responsible for reorganizing the process flow for issuing Financial Statements to meet internal deadlines:• Through the implementation of annual meetings with auditors, Corporate Finance, and Fund Administrator, reviewing the operations that occurred in the year, as well as alignment of schedule and needs before the beginning of the work.• Participation in HR system implementation project - Workday, conducted by WP New York and replicated in all units• Acted as the main driver, representing WP BR in all project demands: global meetings, scope definition, compliance with CLT rules and tests• Developer of employee vs. employer cost indicators in Power BI. Results• Reduction in the deadline for issuing the Funds' Financial Statements, from 150 to 120 days after the closing of the fiscal year, 30 days before the CVM's legal deadline, contributed to meeting the internal deadlines in New York, since all the above structure of the Funds, is audited abroad;• Organization of the information in each area, creation of flows and process optimization;• Consolidation of information within the system, bringing greater reliability and control of information, going from a manual process to a high-performance system, after the Workday;• Greater integration of information and assertiveness in decision making, through the Power BI tool.

• Reporting to the Accounting Manager;• Preparation of standardized financial statements - annual and quarterly, to comply with CVM;• Assistance to internal and external auditing;• Accounting closing in BR GAAP and US GAAP;• Reconciliation between BR GAAP x Adjustments x US GAAP books;• Execution of equity equivalence calculations;• Preparation of EVA management reports and for the Head Office in Houston;• Review and approval of accounting reconciliations and vertical analysis of DRE;• Contingency analysis. Relevant Projects• Initiator of the project to automate the recording of accounting provisions via People Soft, winning 3rd place in the PCM - Continuous Improvement Process at Duke Energy;• Responsible for and developer of the automation projects for standardized financial statements, explanatory notes, CTA Calculation, and Value Added Indicator, through the extraction of information recorded directly in the People Soft system. Results• Reduction of 8 hours for the time to carry out internal processes and elimination of sending e-mails and spreadsheets between departments.• Reduction of approximately 40 hours in the preparation of Standardized Financial Statements, after automation.
