resOS is a top-notch SaaS platform that helps restaurants manage their bookings and takeaways with ease. My job is a unique mix of technology and creativity. Here's what I do in a nutshell:— I'm the person behind the resOS website. Directly developing and designing the WordPress website, which includes a complete redesign and the creation of a new theme using TailwindCSS and AlpineJS.— Working closely with content writers, guiding their content ideation, creation, and final review process.— I have a hand in everything SEO. From planning strategies to optimizing the technical aspects of our site, I ensure our website gets the visibility it deserves. Including, but not limited to, content planning, link building, and maintaining the technical SEO aspects of the site.— Collaborating with a third-party company to manage our ad campaigns. Owning the performance reports, ad campaign strategies and results, ensuring alignment with our brand and business goals.— Driving lead generation efforts through the website, focusing on user sign-ups for our application. Working on the optimization of these efforts to ensure consistent growth in our user base.My role at resOS gives me the opportunity to shape the first impression many of our prospective clients have of our company, playing a critical role in shaping the digital face of resOS. I consider it a privilege to build and maintain a website that is not only the face of our brand, but also a tool that helps restaurants streamline their booking process.

I was transferred from MailerLite Support to The Remote Company Design to help migrate the MailerLite website from Statamic 2 to 3; in works that included re-creating Statamic Fieldsets in code and CMS interface, with the new design updates, as well as content migration (both manually and with migration helper). Later I also did design work for their child companies: MailerLite, MailerSend, Ycode, and MailerCheck. Work included website code updates, new features (e.g. Livewire pagination, new Fieldsets, etc), and fixes; all integrated with Statamic CMS. Graphic design tasks like creating assets and image manipulation for their websites, social media, blog, and ads were also included.

MailerLite requires high-quality customer support as the biggest company of The Remote Company. I had the opportunity to join and grow with the company to deliver great productivity and customer satisfaction rates. Later on, I was transferred to the TRC design team, which required another designer. Work included: email support, live chat support for premium customers, report collection of issues for further investigation by the technical support team, etc.

In QA, I was responsible for reproducing game issues reported by players (and getting clear steps on how to reproduce), testing core and new features in pre-production, check pulls and merges requests on GitLab.During my time in QA, the support work also remained: customer and technical support (in English, Spanish and Portuguese), server and game logs investigation to find the root of reported issues, game-data collection, and feedback from players to developers. As well as community management: translations creation and review (Spanish and Portuguese), official live streams, creating and managing game events, community engagement, etc

Bitbox is a game studio I had the opportunity to work as a customer and technical support for the MMO game of their franchise (Life is Feudal: MMO). The work included: customer and technical support (in English, Spanish and Portuguese), server and game logs investigation to find the root of reported issues, game-data collection, and feedback from players to developers. I also participated in community management and engagement: translations creation and review (Spanish and Portuguese), official live streams, creating and managing game events, community engagement on Discord, etc.

One of the most remarkable experiences I’ve had: was creating my own business and managing every part of it, including but not limited to marketing, design, photography, customer relationship, website development, album diagramation, etc. In 2014 I decided to go full-time in this business and was able to grow and progress until I decided to stop it in 2019.

I was assigned to create marketing strategies for a new food company that was being built, including web strategies and development: developing their e-commerce website, creating and managing their social media, creating ads strategies, and printed marketing for the Points of Sales. Here I also had the great opportunity to manage the marketing team and hire new members.* Left the company to become a full-time photographer

My work consisted of creating logos, and designing/developing websites and other web applications. Later the company migrated to WordPress, so I also created and managed WP websites.
