- Responsible for Procurement Process Governance, for Nestle Brazil business units;- Implemented the Global Procurement Best Practices for the market, as well as responsible to create and maintain the Local Procurement Policy and Procedures on the markets, aligned with the Company Board;- Outsourced Operational Procurement activities to an internal shared service center (São Paulo, BR) – e.g., Purchase Order creation, Vendor and Material Master Data Centralization, Spend Analysis, etc.;- Responsible for the Procurement Training Curricula to the Nestle Brazil Strategic Buyers – official trainer for the Nestle Sourcing Strategy methodology;- Responsible for Nestle Procurement Compliance activities on the S2P (Source to Pay) end to end, providing Dashboards, KPIs and supporting Audits inside the Group;- Outsourced Nestlé Brazil indirect tail spend and non-strategic categories with a third-party company, to increase the control across the Units (+35) and bring savings opportunities;- Procurement Lean Pillar for Brazil market – applying Lean methodology on the Procurement Process;- Responsible to coordinate the Nestle Responsible Sourcing program with more than 2000 Suppliers.
