Since 2009 I have been working in Comex Business joined the family company. The challenge was not only to expand the business but to create new alternatives to the Latin America market and the first step was to deeply understand the Rubbers and Chemicals market and which was not appropriate. How we could make the difference?I've started prospecting products to better understand the market's new demands and possibilities. Since that moment we create our "Service Excellent Model" based on always look beyond the costumer's needs, give always an alternative to the clients and provide always quick answers to the requests received even negative ones. Our work is based on this long-term business relationship with International suppliers, working on their products approvals in all Latin America´s clients. We also work close to our customers providing the alternatives they need to prevent the material shortage and also, creating the opportunity to them to analyze better alternative in terms of costs.The constant market follow-up and market new demands of products lead us to enjoy a reliable relationship with all customers and partners. We know that the market is always changing and we keep adjusting and providing all the information possible for both parts.
