Capital Transfer Program, 33 Subtitle, 2020, is a national program whose purpose is to improve the infrastructure conditions of all VTF kindergartens, "fund transfer channel", to obtain Official State Recognition. The program executed more than 12 billion pesos that benefited more than 690 kindergartens throughout the national territory. In this program I oversee 3 professionals at the central level and another 10 housed in the regions. My main responsibility is to coordinate the work with the supporters and directors of the educational units; For this to work, I develop work strategies and make the communication link between the directors of the kindergartens and the State; In addition, I report the achievements of the program to the authorities of the Ministry of Education.

Creation and start-up of the “bloom specialty coffee” project. Specialty coffee shop located in Barrio Lastarria. Family business with its own financing that generated an ecosystem of more than 40 businesses that developed their projects thanks to the opportunity and trust that Bloom Café gave them. We contributed to the labor market with more than 40 positions and in five years we managed to triple our turnover. The project was highly valued by critics and the specialized press and achieved great recognition at a national and international level.

Design of implementation strategies for the national deployment of the Citizen Training Law. I carried out training sessions in 6 regions for regional, provincial and communal authorities with the aim that all schools in the country develop a Citizen Training Plan, as indicated by law. I carried out field monitoring of the implementation of the law, I also designed and applied surveys about the implementation of the law. I participated in the intersectoral Citizen Training roundtable including various institutions such as Universities, Ministries, UNDP, Foundations and Museums, for the development of training and training actions for the proper implementation of the law.

Strategy design to deploy the public program that provides artistic equipment to all public establishments in the country. The program managed a budget of more than 5 billion pesos that allowed the delivery of musical instruments and the development of artistic workshops in all regions of Chile. This public policy has continued until 2020 and has supported the development of arts education in more than 7,000 educational establishments. The delivery of musical instruments, visual arts equipment and workshops was highly valued by the beneficiary schools. I also participated in the Executive Secretariat for Artistic Education, led by UNESCO.I applied impact evaluation of the strategy through surveys obtaining outstanding results. In addition, I generated an informative bulletin addressed to the system with the progress of the program and I maintained the official communication for all the beneficiary establishments.

I advised and guided the regions of Antofagasta, Biobío, Los Ríos and Magallanes in the implementation of educational strategies, programs and public policies. Direct work with regional and provincial authorities for the deployment of different programs and public policies such as Law 20,529 on Quality Assurance in Education; the Shared Support Plan; Intercultural Bilingual Education, among others. I coordinated the communication between all the units of the General Education Division and the education teams installed in the regions.
