Sencinet is a fully-managed network service provider with high-capacity connectivity across the Americas, and is the second-largest provider of B2B satellite communications, internet, and connectivity solutions. The company was spun off from BT Americas into an independent company in 2020. Following the corporate separation from BT Americas, I was appointed to build, mature, and lead the enterprise financial strategy and operations for the new company. As such, I provide executive leadership in strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, procurement, IFRS and GAAP-compliant accounting operations, budgeting, consolidated reporting, treasury, tax, financial systems, risk management, internal audit procurement, and inventory. My organization is comprised of over 100 staff across the Americas and in the company's shared service center in Argentina. Key achievements:►Developing the full spectrum of financial operations, partnering internally on the financial and operational separation and building the new organizational vision and structure.►Building a core capital framework driving sustainability and growth.►Leading a portfolio of internal digital transformation initiatives, including the seamless cross-company integration under a new Oracle Fusion ERP and the deployment of a suite of online systems, tools, and partnerships for “zero-touch” client services.

BT is one of the world's leading communications services companies, a global provider of security, cloud, and networking solutions.In 2017, I was promoted to a dual role directing both the financial strategy and accounting operations for the Latin America region, and the financial planning and analysis for the entire Americas (US & LATAM) region. In this capacity, I collaborated on enterprise corporate roadmaps as a member of the executive leadership team. I headed an organization of 150 staff across the Americas responsible for GAAP and IFRS accounting and consolidated reporting, FP&A, tax, budgeting, payroll, audit, import-export regulations, capital raises, internal audit, as well as service centers in Argentina and India. Key achievements:►Directing executive teams in preparation for the 2020 Sencinet separation, including investor presentations, conversations with financial markets, improvements to financial discipline, and due diligence.►Orchestrating the creation of sophisticated FP&A reporting that sharpened strategic agility, boosted the RFP win rate, and consistently strengthened margins.►Optimizing the corporate tax burden by building a cross-functional task force comprised of legal, tax, finance, and governance experts that analyzed risk, improved reporting, developed business case, and negotiated with government entities.►Providing end-to-end leadership on the successful closure of pending legacy audits in Argentina, Mexico, and Colombia with minimal actionable findings.►Delivering millions of dollars in incremental value via renegotiation of telecom and satellite partner provider contracts.►Building a high-performing organization with a deep bench of leadership talent. I leveraged hands-on talent management to develop and promote my successor as the South LATAM CFO and to drive succession across the regional Finance organization.

I directed the enterprise financial strategy and operations for the flagship Brazil market, with my role elevated and expanded in 2015 to lead FP&A for the Americas. In this capacity, I led an organization of 60 employees responsible for accounting, finance, costing, tax, payroll, import-export, systems, treasury, cost validation, risk management, audit, and KPI reporting. Additionally, I negotiated and headed relationships with banks and syndicators. Key achievements:►Strengthening enterprise engagement and client satisfaction via transformation of the culture.►Reducing fixed labor cost by 25% via the creation of shared service centers in Argentina and India. ►Championing a tax amnesty program for the mitigation of historical intercompany balances.

Gazit is a leading real estate investment trust (REIT).I was recruited to direct the financial strategy and operations, building and leading an organization of 50 staff across the company’s portfolio in financial management, markets, syndication, and acquisition and administration of properties. Key achievements:►Successfully managing business in multiple currencies and according to Brazilian GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS standards.►Leading the execution of a roadmap that rapidly the grew asset portfolio from by 138%. I managed full scope of strategic planning, valuation, due diligence, contract negotiation, and integration.

Compuware was a $3B global software company.I headed a 40-employee organization that executed the successful separation of a Latin American group for sale and spinoff. As such, I managed finance and accounting, navigated the financial markets, and performed fieldwork.

Hertz is the second-largest rental car company in the world.I provided full executive financial and accounting leadership for a multinational group of markets, directing an organization of 45 staff in strategy and day-to-day operations. Key achievement:►Playing an integral role in growing the business by 255%, jumping from #4 to #2 in the market. To this end, I led franchisee buybacks, strategic partnerships in Colombia and Argentina, and marketing programs.

RSM is a powerful network of audit, tax and consulting experts with offices all over the world.I was promoted through successive roles to direct a portfolio of client audit engagements for RSM's regional operations. In this capacity, I headed large, matrixed audit teams driving alignment and collaboration with client executives, staff, and consultants, across the entire lifecycle from initial audit plans through analysis and creation of complex financial records, communication plans and remedies, reporting, advisory, and quality assurance. Key achievement:►Analyzing and improving financial reporting, and strengthened operations as the partner to Fortune 500 firms, including Siemens, Carrefour, TRW, Motorola, Airbus, Volkswagen Group, BankBoston/Fleet Bank, and others.
