Improve the ergonomics issues at the material handling.Moderate and training all the employees on the methods of the production system as changeover optimization, 5S, standardized work, line balancing, and others.Participation at Production System Committee in South America.Implement and sustain the TPM and 5S program at the plant, with audit cycles, schedule of implementation, and recognition of employees.Responsible to develop packages for the final customer, making the link between logistics and production to guarantee better material flow, ergonomic situation, and low cost. -
