Hello Everyone,I recently graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Business Management at the Eller College of Management. I was born in Tucson, Arizona, but raised in Nogales, Sonora. As I promised, I accomplish a huge goal in my life which is obtaining a Bachelor's degree so that I will be able to get a professional job in the real-life world. I did this for my loved ones who are my family, my friends, and my mentors that guide me to this point. I know that my family made a big sacrifice to move to a new country to pursue my education and now, repay them the favor that I will still make them even prouder. It was a difficult career path for me to learn a new language because it was a language barrier that I had to face when it comes to writing, reading, and communicating with others. But right now, it helped me to develop myself to learn, grow, and keep pushing forward into my future. I'm really passionate to help others, navigating, collaborating, networking, leading, directing, organizing, and evolving when it comes to working in an organization or education. I like to work in a team aspect because that brings my strengths when it comes to being friendly, positive, understanding, and asking questions. Everyone has an equal opportunity to learn, develop, succeed, feel welcome in a safe space, and be supported to do their best work. I have a purpose to make a difference by telling people to get involved in their college careers and build up their abilities when it comes to the workforce or education. Make a great impression or let your name out there! Right now, I want to demonstrate what I can bring to the professional world and I know that I will face those challenges, but for sure, I will not be alone when it comes to working in a company. If you do not have those challenges, then you are not finding those areas to grow yourself as an individual. My upcoming plans are basically to be actively searching for jobs when it comes to in-person or remotely anywhere in the world. In other words, able to get more experience in the workforce and still apply for those amazing opportunities. I want to explore new fields that will guide me to travel around the world and be prepared for new beginnings because I know that time flies, and I want to make it count for every single moment.Rodrigo René Robles
