Working as a Team Leader on the GFT side and with a team of excellent professionals, we created a complete documentation platform for one of the largest and most important clients in the US.I participated in the project from the beginning, helping to define the architecture, technologies, and tools to be used, as well as leading the development team and ensuring the quality of the final product.The platform was developed using the NextJS framework, with the Markdoc engine to render custom components. It was a great challenge as one of the premises was to have a static product, without the need for a backend, and that was easy to maintain and update by business teams, without the need for technical knowledge. Our team also needed to be very flexible as throughout the project we had several changes in scope and priorities, which required a great capacity for adaptation and resilience.These users also needed a tool to create and edit documentation collaboratively, and that was easy to integrate with the company's version control system.After almost two years, we were able to deliver a high-quality product that met all of the client's expectations and was very well received by end users.

In charge of the Electronic Document Management (EDM) and e-signature modules where I had a squad of 4 fantastic people. Since we received the challenge of taking on these products, we have been able to greatly improve their availability, performance, observability, in addition to including new features and improvements. I also carefully analyze and classify the demands coming from customers so that the product can gradually receive new features as the market needs. Our e-signature is all serverless where AWS has several services that together form the Electronic Signature module being Lambdas, S3, SQS, SES, DynamoDB, etc.

With more than 12 years of experience with Senior's products, my challenge was to participate and support the evolution of xPlatform applications, being part of the architecture team. The stack used by Senior in the new G7 platform products is all in microservices, where in the backend we use Java 11, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, AWS. On the frontend we use Angular 8+. At the beginning I was more focused on the BPM team where we managed to improve the product availability a lot, solving bugs and applying considerable performance improvements.

Working as a Software Engineer, I helped in the evolution of the company's integration platform, adding and suggesting new features, solving bugs, participating in product architecture decisions, creating new initiatives to improve the platform's documentation and also creating a stackoverflow for the entire company. I also worked on making the platform available within the Huawei environment. I used and learned a lot about Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Security, Cloud, AWS, Azure, Elasticsearch and agile methodologies.

Initially allocated at Samsung SDS LA, I developed complex integrations worldwide, where the challenge was to extract information from SAP from all over Samsung using RFCs, modify this information (BigData) so that it could be later inserted into SQLServer, later consulted by the customer through Tableou. I also designed and developed integrations for Samsung's technical assistance in South America, where through jobs some information was extracted from SAP and inserted into the correspondents of each country (Post Office, DHL, Ivoy, Telcel), updating the tickets according to the tracking number . All this integration used NodeJs, Docker, Elasticsearch. After this project, I also received the challenge of improving Qualidoc's integrations with Oracle OCC, where the objective was to reduce errors caused by communication failures between the various players that the client used, as well as improve the observability of the integrations, offering a clearer and faster vision in decision making. Due to the success of the previous projects, I was then challenged to lead the integrations of the HR area of ​​the PicPay client, where we automate client admissions using the players Gupy, Unico, Senior Sistemas and government systems. I also led the evolution of the integration of PicPay's new form of POS payments.
