Chemical Engineer graduated from the National University of Jujuy with a passion for addressing complex challenges through an analytical approach and a comprehensive vision of processes. I worked for 5 years at Ledesma, an Argentine company diversified in the production of sugar, alcohol, bioethanol, paper, among others, where I played roles in different areas of the company. As an Innovation Analyst, I led the initial implementation of methodologies such as 5S and Kaizen, optimizing processes. In addition, my experience as a Quality Analyst allowed me to have a complete perspective of the company's management and processes, contributing to certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, FSSC 22000 (version 5.1), BRC, Global GAP, among others, also as an internal auditor. In the case of the Sugar and alcohol business, together with people from across the company, we were in charge of the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Food Safety/Quality Management System.Currently, I am working at Arcadium Lithium, a leading company in Lithium products. In my current role I am Process Manager in Sal de Vida, in the Salar del Hombre Muerto, Catamarca Argentina. My focus is on continuous improvement and operations optimization, combining analytical skills with a deep understanding of processes.At the same time, I seek to acquire pedagogical and methodological tools for university teaching, for which I am completing a Specialization in University Teaching at UNJu.
