Principais responsabilidades:- Promover a integração e coordenação entre as áreas demandantes e TI, através da partilha de informação e conhecimento, análise e tratamento oportuno de dados, bem como supervisionar o andamento dos processos de negócio.- Adquirir dados e informações relativas aos produtos, concorrentes, a fim de apoiar o crescimento dos negócios.- Organizar e realizar pesquisas de mercado sobre os fornecedores abrangidos.- Coleta de dados e informações relativas aos processos de negócio, com especial referência para as atividades da eficácia das áreas de negócio.- Análise de tendências do negócio, com vista a apoiar e facilitar as atividades do business.- Manutenção de aplicações: garantir a continuidade e disponibilidade de todas as aplicações da Chiesi Brasil.- Gerenciamento de chamados no sistema helpdesk para demandas ao TI.- Prover métricas de gerenciamento de serviços com base no framework ITIL: retroalimentar os processos e procedimentos através da melhoria contínua.- Coordenação de atividades de estagiário em sistemas de informação.- Desenvolvimento em conjunto com Gerente de TI propostas de melhorias no parque de aplicações atual.- Promover o alinhamento com o especialista em infraestrutura e com os analistas de negócio da equipe de TI.
