I am responsible to communicate and advise our CEO and our investors on strategic decisions. I am responsible to control the Free Cash Flow of PKS Packengers. My responsibility is forecasting the organization's financial standing based on financial and operational data and reports provided by the finance and accounting teams. In addition, I am the contact point for new investors in PKS.

I was responsible to grow up real estate projects in Mexico. My team generates an annual income of 12M USD. I am in charge of B2C Sales team, Construction team, Post sales team, Legal & Administration team and the communication with government and inverstors.

We manufactured aeronautical parts. I was on charge of growing quality assurance, production, supply chain and delivery in Bushing Manufacturing Department. In 2015 we manufactured 2,000 pieces with annual sales of 2 M USD, by April 2017 we were able to produce 11,500 pieces per month (4 CNC Machinery) with 8 M USD of annual sales. We reached 95% of on-time deliveries and I sold new capacity to increase our customers. I developed new suppliers in Mexico and abroad (Japan and USA).

Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. (Chinese: 华为 (Huáwéi); English pronunciation: "WAH-way") is a Chinese multinational networking and telecommunications equipment and services company headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong. Huawei is the largest telecommunications equipment maker in the world, having overtaken Ericsson in 2012.As a part of the Assurance & Managed Services Department, I was responsible to grow up the Network Team in Mexico Spanish Technical Assistance Center - TAC. My daily activities required permanent communication with customers, local Huawei engineers and R&D engineers.• Team leader in a 20-engineer team involving them in the processes of care and effective service to our customers located in Latin America. In 2011 we lowered the ticket average closing time from 25 to 10 days, keeping our standards of service quality and our Customers´ Service Level Agreements - SLA.• I lead the responsibility during the recovery of the critical incidents from our customers transmission networks and I was responsible of tracking our service support in Huawei's Latin American operations. I showed strong skills to communicate with Technical Experts and Technical Sales Specialists along the operation contracts and during services quotation bidding.• I implemented and evaluated the Key Performance Indicators - KPI from my 20 engineer team. I created an atmosphere of collaboration, career planning and results that reduced our staff turnover in 30%. I was a mentor for new staff engineers.• I designed technical solutions and handling procedures to make higher Huawei business value, by proposing corrective actions and coordinating Huawei´s technical assistance. 80% of the cases were solved within the time specified in the contract resolution time.• I promoted a constructive and trusty relationship with key customers and partners. As a trainer, I delivered some technical training courses to customers and new partners of Huawei on optical line products.

I worked in Huawei R&D laboratories in Shenzhen and Chengdu, during six months. I was part of the Huawei R&D support team for WorldWide Operations. In the laboratory, I tested multiple scenarios as tailored solutions. I was a bridge of communication between Chinese and experts. I did troubleshooting for Packet Transport Network PTN devices and Radio Transport Network RTN or Carrier IP - MPLS devices.
