Responsibilities: In charge of the engineering department with two general responsibilities: Engineering requirements for construction and assembly of mining piping projects; and the innovation and development area mainly linked to the development of technologies for copper smelting. Achievements: Developed the innovation project evaluation, which allowed knowing its real scope, development time, required investment and future sales revenue. Developed and implemented strategies for protecting intellectual property.

Responsibilities: In charge of departments of production of recycled plastic, maintenance of machines and facilities and supply chain from inputs needed for production to delivery of finished product to customers. Achievements: Stabilized manufactured product quality and eliminated product rejections from customers. Developed overhaul project to stabilize production. Created maintenance plan. Prepared business evaluation, provided plant selling advisory and managed factory closure.

Responsibilities: Developing the company's new products for global markets and integrating them to the supply chain (creating products, searching suppliers and qualifying them to the company’s standard). From August 2010, further assumed the Value Improvement Program (VIP) Management, which seeks to improve cost or products without compromising its quality. Achievements: Increased by 100% the number of products developed in the first year of operation through consolidation of the innovation process. Improved planning of projects through the creation of a model for weekly workload depending on ongoing projects. Prioritized of projects based on cost of man-hours v/s benefit. Made feasibility study and dimensioned investment needed for the development and commercialization of products in new markets with different regulations. Curbed the rising costs of products despite rising of raw materials and labor costs in the province trough innovation in materials, technologies and negotiation strategies.

Responsibilities: Sizing and development of technical documentation required for quotation and purchase of mechanical equipment. Achievements: Entrusted to prepare proposals for "Cerro Casale" (Feasibility study for gold-copper mine exploitation for Barrick-Kinross, with an estimated investment of MMUS $ 4500) and "Tunnel Conveyor" (Basic engineering for Minera Escondida). Developed work methodology and estimation of mechanical man-hours. Developed engineering for mining projects in areas of crushing, grinding, flotation, thickening, water recovery, piping and material handling.

Responsibilities: Development of engineering and construction of energy solutions, and sales support. Achievements: Designed and built solar thermal systems for central heating and sanitary hot water for homes and buildings. Maintained the largest solar thermal facility existing in Chile to date. Positioned and sustained presence of the company in photovoltaic niche.

Responsibilities: In charge of improving the efficiency of the steam generation in industrial boilers throughout the value chain. Achievements: Developed and implemented electricity savings project with return of investment in 6 months. Implemented strategies to reduce the generation of undersized coal and control its moisture level.
