Hello, I'm Rodrigo dos Santos, a student of Computer Networks at the Federal Institute of Paraíba, with a strong interest in the field of IT Infrastructure. Currently, I work as a IT Support Technician at Unimed João Pessoa, the largest health cooperative in the state.At Unimed, I was part of the team responsible for monitoring, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and systems using tools such as Zabbix, Shell, Linux, and Windows Server. Now, I provide support to internal and external users, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality. Previously, I worked as an Infrastructure intern in the same company and in IT Support at the Ministry of Labor Public Prosecutor's Office. In these roles, I gained experience and knowledge in team integration and cooperation activities. My goal is to continue developing professionally and contribute to the success of the company I work for.A bit about me? I'm an enthusiast of history, games, cinema, and geek culture. I discovered my affinity for technology back in high school. Encouraged to study English since childhood, I immersed myself in English culture, shaping many of my current interests and hobbies.
