CurrentResponsible for assisting the CEO and CCO, leading GUS Canada programs, action plans, research, resources, budget, processes, assessing new initiatives, and working with members of the leadership team, corporate staff, and designated faculty and staff from the universities and colleges owned and operated by GUS Canada: • Managed and executed a range of projects from the conceptual stages, planning, designing, implementing and communicating with key internal and external stakeholders, among them:‒ GUS Canada Sustainability Framework Project: Developed the Sustainability Vision and Plan for GUS Canada institutions, coordinating the task force composed of students, faculty, and staff, preparing the greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory and implementing Environment, Society, Governance (ESG) activities. ‒ GUS Canada Data Analytics: Set the framework for environmental scan and market research at GUS Canada institution, and identified and analyzed strategic data to the GUS Canada institutional brands at national and international levels. Salesforce Implementation at GUS Canada Project‒ Salesforce Implementation at GUS Canada Project: Migrated the existing Salesforce server and datasets stored in Europe and implemented the service at GUS Canada institutions. The project involves the areas of student recruitment, marketing and communications, and partnerships.• Maintained ongoing awareness and compliance of policy and procedural changes while planning and executing strategic projects as well as communicated and recommended changes in existing policies and procedures.• Supported GUS Canada and institutions to develop a strong working unit, fostering alliances and partnerships in order to identify critical issues and gather key inputs, and organization of the Advisory Committees such as the GUS Canada Technology Transformation and Innovation Council.
