Responsible for the overall implementation and maintenance of TOBCO’s Integrated Management System, ensuring TOBCO meets all legislative requirements including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AS/NZS ISO 45001. This includes • conduct the internal audits of TOBCO IMS• updating and writing of policies and procedures relating to safety, environment and quality• training the key project staff on the requirements of TOBCO IMS • conduct site audits to ensure the site / project is adhering to the TOBCO IMS• promote a zero harm HSE culture by ensuring safe work practices are followed / implemented• undertake site inspections / audits for Safety, Environmental and Quality• review project specific management plans (including Environmental Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, Safety Management Plan)• responsible for the general safety functions for TOBCO. Key Accomplishments:• Introduced the TOBCO fortnightly newsletter ‘the Fortnightly Wrap’, for all TOBCO employees, which briefs the employees about what is happening within the organisation. This also conveys messages about the safety, training and so on.• Successfully submitted documentation and obtained higher levels of TfNSW prequalification• Successfully submitted documentation and obtained the RMD QualificationsProject Specific Responsibilities:• Develop and review project specific management plans (including Environmental Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, Safety Management Plan)• Review client documentation in line with TOBCO’s Systems• Undertake Project Audits• Develop and review project specific SWMS• Promote a zero harm HSE culture by ensuring safe work practices are followed / implemented

• VSCCS licensed certifier (Part time engineering consultant on contract to TfNSW & National Heavy Vehicle Regulator).• Inspect the vehicles before, during and after the modification process and ensure that the vehicle complies to the quality, safety and environment standards as set by the relevant rules and regulations• Complete all the calculations to ensure the vehicle is safe• Check and ensure that the vehicle is compliant with the current rules and regulations (including safety & environment) after the modifications• Issue compliance certificate for the complying vehicles
