I am a professional with a solid career working in Sustainability, ESG, Quality, Environment, Health and Safety in chemical, cosmetic, building materials and beverage sectors, working in large multinational companies in these sectors.I developed a strong experience to implement strategies in these areas, always with focus to improve the performance KPI's increasing the operations sustainability.I am a professional passionate for Quality, Environment and Safety. Throughout my 26 years of experience in these departments, I have always acted with total dedication and commitment.My commitment is to understand, encourage, collaborate, develop and share initiatives so that everyone around us can be agents of change in favor of a culture of maximum quality, environment and safety.I strongly believe that the results obtained are the result of teamwork, aimed at improving people's attitudes and behavior in the search for valuing life. I can even say that this is my biggest stimulus and my main source of inspiration to carry out my day-to-day activities.Throughout my career I have developed projects in these areas in several countries, such as: Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Guatemala, Egypt, Mozambique, Portugal, and South Africa. In these projects I developed my skills in culturally different environments.As projects that make me very proud to have led in the last 5 years, I would like to highlight:● Elaboration and Implementation of the Strategic Safety Plan in 8 countries (Portugal, Cape Verde, Argentina, Brazil, Mozambique, South Africa, Paraguay and Egypt), resulting in a reduction in the frequency rate of accidents with lost time of 3.3 (2017 ) to 1.2 (2022) and the accident severity rate from 1056 (2017) to 60 (2022).● Implementation of the Behavioral Safety Program and the PSM in 33 production units, achieving an 80% reduction in highly serious accidents at InterCement. Average Fatalities from 4.0 (2017) to an average of 0.5 (2023);
