The journey started as a technical consultant in remote support delivery and later in Product Support as a Global Technical Upgrade Expert and Technology team Leader in the Global Support Center Spain. In the SAP Center of Expertise safeguarding several SAP implementation projects Globally (EMEA, USA, Latin America and Asia) and heading the architecture services team to help the world's largest companies to innovate in their digital transformation journey to the intelligent enterprise. Currently, in a senior leadership role running the SAP Mission Control Center team in the Latin America region, leading teams to deliver expert preventive and protective support and to accelerate innovation and product adoption, end-to-end.
