Manage the functioning of all Food and Beverage employees, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved- Control and analyse, on an on-going basis, in order to optimize the following:o Quality levels of product and serviceo Guest satisfactiono Merchandising and marketingo Operating costsCoordinate and supervise the service of food products to ensure the highest quality at all timesEstablish and maintains effective employee relationsSupervise an coordinates pricing and preparation of menus, beverage and wine lists by taking into consideration such factors as local requirements, Market needs, Competition, Trends, Recipes, potential costs and availability of Food and Beverage products.- Implement a daily, weekly and monthly checklist for all Food and Beverage departments. - -- Ensure proper follow-up to attain maximum quality and efficiency- Keep aware of trends, systems, practices and equipment in Food and Beverage preparation and service in the hotel and restaurant field through trade literature and actual visits- Work with Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs- Work with Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget

Head of food and beverage at the pre-opening Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad City Centre.It has the best F&B offering in the city and specialized banqueting facilities.

Worked as the head of Conference and banqueting at Crowne Plaza Muscat, Oman. Was vital in upgrading the C&B facilities at the hotel and handled all projects of product enhancement and Guest satisfaction. Highest banquet revenue and repeat business during the period.

Pre opening Assistant Restaurants Manager, second in command in F&B department.Responsible for all outlet concepts and set up. Structured the C&B operations of the hotel. Opened the best and only roof top night club in the city. Was heading the F&B operations when I quit in January 2011.

Worked as F&B supervisor and later promoted as Executive. Was shuffled in all outlets, as Executive was given the project of soft refurbishment of the Iranian restaurant followed by the opening of the Italian restaurant.
