Allow yourself to learn and grow in areas that terrify you. Step up to the plate and go for it. Allow yourself to fail in order for you to succeed.With over 10 years experience in Hospitality I have challenged myself. I have failed. I have succeeded. I have found myself in uncomfortable situations. I have volunteered in public speaking that shook me to my core. I have learned to work alongside a team and feel proud of our accomplishments. I have learned to manage a team by leading by example and joining them in the trenches when necessary.As a self-driven individual I have worked my way up the ladder by learning and allowing myself to be challenged. I began my journey at the front desk at a luxury hotel with no experience in hotels or customer service in 2013. I stepped up to the plate and quickly realized my niche in hospitality. My service scores were excellent and successfully reached 100% Forbes shops 4 out of 4 times I was shopped. I am truly passionate in meeting people around the world and creating experiences and connections that are meaningful and genuine. As a Resort Manager, I once again stepped up to the plate and through my experience learned how to successfully manage a Hotel and team by leading by example. Never managing on the sidelines. Maintaining an open mind to suggestions and feedback and constantly adapting and improving to meet my teams needs. Effectively leading by inspiring, motivating and empowering staff. By creating incentive programs by recognizing and rewarding achievements. Once again, I have moved on to a new venture within hospitality that I have realized is where my true passion lies; Sales. With over one year as a Sales Manager I have flourished and exceeded my personal and team goals over and over. I have retained professional relationships and partnerships that have increased revenue by repeated business. Increased sales through business development and lead generation.
