I earned my Masters in Exercise Science from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. While in college I gained experience in personal training, cardiac rehabilitation, and fitness and wellness coordinating. After college, I went into teaching and coaching in public school. Throughout my career I have worked with a variety of individuals aged five to ninety-five. I have gained great interpersonal and emotional skills. I am able to adapt during instruction when any obstacle occurs with high problem solving skills. My passion is working with others to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Through these opportunities I have gained many skills such as; leadership, time management, communication, interpersonal, decision making, multitasking, adaptability, ability to work under pressure, instructing and presenting, and management skills.
