I am responsible for the creation and development of the visual appearance of the branding. These include digital projects such as mobile app and website visual design, as well as menus, leaflets, posters, print advertisements, branded packaging artwork, and hand-crafted outdoor boards. Furthermore, I have designed and delivered their clothing merchandise as well as created mock-ups for future takeaway packaging (refer to my portfolio for visual references).

My everyday work involves creating or fixing graphic designs with exact printing and production specifications for clients that appropriately adapt to their business branding and satisfy any legal requirements. I work largely on the print and marketing side of the franchise, hand-producing and finishing the products. Such work includes multitasking in printing, cutting, folding, creasing, and laminating while keeping the workflow and work environment organised and paying close attention to details. The magic of this work is bringing the digital to the physical, these entail exterior banners, pop-up banners, flyers, merchandise, stationery and office products, wallpapers, and menus. Also, I assist with packing and shipping, guaranteeing that the client's items are packaged properly, and assuring their package arrives safely.

I provided customer service to Spanish-speaking customers all over the world via live chat and email. I helped them with any issues they had with apps, cloud storage, and accounts, providing them with solutions. I worked closely with the team, receiving constructive feedback to improve my work, and assisting/supporting others in my position. To improve the service provided, I reported and identified emerging trends in customer issues.

I interacted and socialised with different groups of people and teams, analysing the different characteristics of each client’s requirements to offer them the right product. This helped me understand the importance of the interpretation and perspective of the client. I became familiar with cutting-edge technology equipment, which encouraged my desire to learn new skills and techniques.

I entered the world of marketing, advertising, and social networking, researching the client's needs and turning them into positive opportunities. My main responsibility was social media and graphic design, engaging their customers through advertising, and establishing new strategies that involved numerous stakeholders such as employees and suppliers from 16 supermarket branches.

I acquired knowledge from the world of design, style, and digital services. I learned work discipline, teamwork, and time management. Being punctual with the delivery of the work required, which included the use of programs such as Microsoft Office, core Adobe programs, Autodesk AutoCAD, and Autodesk 3D Max. Being my part-time job while studying it became an extension of the learning that positively impacted my working life permanently.
