Eighteen month accomplishments: Enabled market entry and expansion in China, Japan, UK (Brexit), and US by developing and starting up 4 3PL DCs and an internal Raw Materials warehouse in support of the US HQ MGF site. Reversed the closure of a Spare Parts DC avoiding negative CSL to 16% of customer orders.

Responsible for the overall strategic and tactical leadership in Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, Materials Management, and Transportation. Responsible for department’s regulatory and quality compliance.

Leader in Logistics, Distribution, Warehousing and Inventory Control for the Clinical Diagnostics Division, West and the Transplant Diagnostics Division. Responsible for ~$128M in aggregate in Raw, WIP and FG inventory and inventory accuracy. Restructured Distribution Department and led the consolidation and start-up of the West Coast Distribution Center for the Clinical Diagnostics Division and have begun the consolidation of the Distribution Center and transition of the Supply Chain Departments for the Transplant Diagnostics Business Unit. Collaborating with corporate transportation to establish best carrier selection for domestic and international destinations to achieve targeted freight savings. Implemented SAP WM and IM systems in the Transplant Division. Responsible for the overall strategic & tactical leadership and planning of Warehousing, Delivery, Materials Management, Inventory Control, Receiving, Shipping Operations and Transportation. Responsible for driving continuous improvements via LEAN principals (Achieved $500K savings in 2014-15). Responsible for sales order processing, shipment and delivery to domestic and global destinations via cold chain and common modes of transportation.

Responsible for the Company’s fast paced and second largest DC in revenue and volume servicing hospitals and healthcare facilities in California, Nevada, and Hawaii; a critical operation to the Company's success. Full P&L responsibility, managed a budget of $31M and provided leadership in transportation, warehouse and front office functions including customer service, purchasing, billing and accounts receivable. Partnered with the O&M Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate with the finished goods planning and procurement teams to achieve the appropriate inventory levels to maximize filrate. This fast paced Distribution Center with approximately 26K SKUs and an average of 46M in finished goods inventory ships over 6M lines annually over 3 shifts to deliver overnight to its critical healthcare customer base.

Strategic and operational responsibility for North America distribution network including finished goods warehouses, hardware planning, consumables planning, international order management, quality systems training, regulatory compliance, warehouse network optimization & architecture and continuous improvement/LEAN.

Responsible for the Company’s highly regulated Diagnostics and Life Science North America Distribution Center Network Operations with varied temperature controlled and hazardous materials storage space (Refrigeration at 2C to 8C; Freezer, -15C to -20C, -80C, -60C, and -40C; AC at 18C to 26C; Radioactives, Corrosives, Flammables, Oxidizers, etc.). Warehouses stored approximately 16000 SKUs. Additional responsibilities were DC Network Optimization/Architecture and process improvement projects.

Responsible for world class performance of the Company’s 5 Regional Distribution Centers and Plant shipping locations. Responsible for the implementation of industry best practices, ISO 9002 development & implementation for the company’s regional distribution centers.

Responsible for the start-up and overall functionality of an extremely fast pace 200,000 sq. ft. facility
