I am passionate about building teams through teaching and camaraderie. I enjoy motivating those teams that I so passionately build to project completion. The people who work with me respect me, and everyone around me feels like an equal even the newest programmer on the team. I understand people and technology to a degree that allows me to bridge the technological gap for the people around me who don't understand technology. I have an uncanny ability to get down to the bottom of a problem without clouding the waters. Any company I have ever worked for I have improved and I have brought outrageous ides to that company and I have seen those ideas become a reality. I am humble I am a get down to business kind of manager. The agile methodology is at the heart of any success I have had, by implementing the iterative approach and truly believing in listening and the retrospective process the teams I have built have been able to get rid of impediments and find a faster path to success.
