As CPO for TerraSense I was responsible for the design and architecture of the hardware products and software solutions. My day to day duties include managing both electrical and mechanical engineers as well as a team of software developers. At Dell I was responsible for leading data de-duplication and optimization projects on the Windows Server platform. In this role I developed products for local storage de-duplication, data movement optimization based on specialized compression and hashing techniques, and optimization of storage backup and recovery to virtualization platforms.

I was responsible for Ocarina's storage platform kernel architecture for Windows Operating Systems. I also developed image processing libraries using proprietary algorithms and Intel primitives to produce high quality realtime image reductions for major social networking customers. Ocarina was acquired by Dell.

At Cisco I developed technical architecture plans for the Application Delivery Business Unit. Some of my projects included a SCTP stack for Windows, NDIS packet interception driver for Windows, and a desktop version of WAAS (Wide Area Acceleration Services).I was responsible for the TCP stack and network proxy for the WAAS network appliance as well as feature integration with respect to that component.My role also entailed writing software specifications, prototyping ideas and implementing components based on those.
