One of three founding executives of this centralized, title production subsidiary targeted at aggregating and offshoring the commodity processes of 26 sister, operating divisions. Led the development of the technology infrastructure, software, workflow model, and resourcing model for the division. Educated operating division executives and operations managers on the benefits of converting to a variable-cost production model and coordinated the operational transition to the offshore model. • Developed the initial budget forecast and cost comparison breakdown responsible for securing funding and support from the corporate holding company to start the project.• Built and managed the development, QA, and infrastructure teams, which successfully implemented a new origination, integration and production platform for aggregating production processes across the enterprise; achieving operational readiness within 7 months.• Co-architected the workflow model and .NET software components necessary to integrate 26 disparate production systems, communication processes, and product requirements with the centralized production platform.• Successfully coordinated the deployment of services to all 26 operating divisions over a 2 year period, resulting in a consolidated operating expense savings of $35 million by the 3rd year, with a projected annual savings of $57 million by the 5th year.• Established the quality-metric and service-level requirements for offshore vendors and managed ongoing conformance in the day-to-day production cycle.
