The team comprised over 500 staff covering infrastructure, helpdesk, systems management, and admin. ► Responsible for the Desktop Tower P&L worth over $300M annually.► Converted 165K desktops to XP (with over 100,000 zero-touch) consolidated 2,000 servers to 36. ► Implemented process changes and code changes to legacy apps in compliance with statutory regulations resulting in just under 6 hours batch savings every night plus no batch overruns for 12 months solid.► Initiated a joint-led 3-month project to improve the Incident Management red rating successfully to blue. ► Initiated the creation of Central Architecture Team consolidating all the related people and services into a single leveraged unit providing services to both the client and internal needs.
