The Syrian Open Source platform is the first platform on GitHub dedicated to bringing Syrian developers from different cultures and experiences together, to work on projects in different languages, tasks, and versions, and works to attract Syrian developers to contribute more under one platform to open source software, work on it, and issue it with high quality and advanced engineering features, which It stimulates the dissemination of the open-source concept in the Syrian software community, and also contributes to raising the efficiency of developers by working on distributed systems and teams.

Developing and maintaining several solutions inside the company.

I trained 250+ students in various web technologies including Laravel, VueJS, Bulma, JS, CSS, animations, and HTML. all of that and more was combined with problem-solving and version control systems. two courses were introduced: The Complete Laravel Developer and The Complete VueJS Developer. during the courses, I gradually introduced the basics of each path and walked them through deeper concepts until they could build projects independently and apply for junior positions.

I opened Marmara tech shop -- which is a localshop specialized in importing, selling, and reparing android tablets -- with three partners, I was responsible for software maintenance which is: trubooleshooting broken tablets, installing & customizing firmware, rooting android devices, reviving bricked tablets.

I had multiple responsibilities including (1) preparing new laptops for end users right after purchase. the preparation process includes installing windows with drivers and various applications. well, time was a big matter here since we can't let a customer wait for too long to get his PCs ready so I optimized and minimized the time required to prepare a device by building OS images and automating the applications installation process. (2) troubleshooting PC boot errors and repairing them without needing to reinstall windows again. actually, that was my famous motto back then "reinstalling windows is always the very last option". that revealed to me the mechanics of how windows is working and how a computer operates from a high-level perspective. In fact, software issues weren't the only thing I did I also used to help the hardware technicians with their work by (3) disassembling & reassembling laptops, replacing laptop accessories like screens and keyboards, and helping diagnose tricky software-hardware issues.
