I have held executive positions with technology companies, including VoicePort/ISD, Mediaspan (Naviga), Polkadots and Ultimate Technographics, that develop and sell SaaS, on-premise and Hybrid solutions for telecom, automation, self-service and pre-press to the media, printing and graphic arts industry.New realities have created the need for effective collaboration between customers, member-facing staff, the back-office, and the leadership team. At the same time, there is a need for aggressive cost-cutting, consolidation of all operations, and the optimization of service delivery processes. Not only do I bring expertise on the technology side but, having consulted with hundreds of companies on their systems (subscription management, print and production management as well as customer self-service including telecom), I understand the industry's current needs and continue to invest time and energy in understanding the emerging technology that is available to address those needs.I currently live in Canada with my wife and 3 children. Before moving back to Canada, I have lived and worked in the United Kingdom and Denmark and was responsible for operational success as well as business development in EMEA, North America and Latin America, gaining tremendous international experience. When not working, I love to read, collect music on vinyl, ride motorcycles and give back to my community as a part-time Firefighter/First Responder.
